Comfort and Style with Unbeatable Value and Rates Rooms and Rates
Rates: Based on room location, size, amenities and room rate, we classify them into four categories - Bronze Stay, Silver Stay, Gold Stay, and Platinum Stay. Room rates are for one or two people. Rollaway beds are available at $30 per night for each additional person ($20 extra for a child under age 15). A crib can be set up at $5 for a baby. There is no charge for children under age 3 who sleep in their parents’ bed. Room rates fluctuate in response to season, special occasions and major events without notice. We offer off-season low rates from November to March, except Christmas, New Year, and other special occasions or major events. Bronze Stay Rooms
This private and quiet room is on the lower level next to Room #29, off the conference room / library, and away from all other rooms. Room #28 has twin beds that can be pushed together to make one large king bed if so required. The room has a glass door opening to a cozy sunken patio shared with Room #29.

Room #105 is located on the main floor at the back of t ROOM #205: size 12'x14' This cozy room is on the second floor at the back. It has comfortable twin beds that can be pushed together to make one large king bed if so required.

Room #203 is on the second floor facing north. It is furnished with blue and honey- colored pine furniture, and a queen-sized bed with deluxe bedding. The exposed brick walls add extra warmth to the room. The full bathroom is equipped with an air-jetted two-person Jacuzzi bathtub (size 36"x70").

This room is as large and luxurious as Room #201 and #301 in the Platinum Stay category. However, since it is located by the entrance, room rates are relatively lower than the other rooms of the same quality on the floors above.
Room #102, our largest queen room, is located on the main floor by the entrance over-looking the front garden and the Jarvis Street Baptist Church across the street. Beautiful brick fireplace, stylish decor, and fine furnishing make this room homey and comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with a one-person Jacuzzi bathtub. This room is as large and well furnished as Room #302 (on the third floor) in the Platinum Stay category. However, since it is by the entrance, room rates are relatively lower than the other rooms of the same quality on the floors above.
Room #304 is on the third floor facing south. It is furnished with country-style furniture, and a king-sized bed. The exposed brick walls and colorful skylight add special warmth to the room. Room #201 is on the second floor over-looking the front garden, the Jarvis Street Baptist Church, and historic Allen Gardens across Jarvis Street. The room features a large bay window with antique stained glass, and a fireplace. It is furnished with a four-poster king-sized bed and luxurious bedding, and a writing desk by the window. Its beautiful bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling with soft champagne-color ceramics, and features a large heart-shaped air-jetted two-person Jacuzzi bathtub, a bidet, and a beautiful Victorian sink with silver and gold accessories. The bathroom is further accented with romantic soft lighting and double french doors.
Room #202 is a two-room suite on the second floor looking out to the front garden, the Jarvis Street Baptist Church, and historic Allen Gardens across Jarvis Street. The large master bedroom has a decorative brick fireplace, a comfortable king-sized bed, fine furniture, and a writing desk by the window. The adjoining cozy sunken living room has a high ceiling accented by a Renaissance-style chandelier. Half of the wall is covered by antique stained-glass windows. It has a double-size pullout bed that can turn this living room into a second bedroom. The pretty bathroom has a one-person Jacuzzi bathtub.
Room #301 is on the third floor looking out to the Jarvis Street Baptist Church, and historic Allen Gardens across Jarvis Street. It is decorated with fine furniture, a king-sized bed, and an extra single bed. The gabled ceiling and exposed brick walls add yesteryear’s charm to the room. There is a writing desk by the window, hidden from view. The beautiful bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling with classic, champagne-colored ceramics. It also features a skylight over the large heart-shaped air-jetted two-person Jacuzzi bathtub, a bidet, a beautiful Victorian sink with silver and gold accessories, and a french door.
Room #302 is on the third floor looking out to the Jarvis Street Baptist Church and historic Allen Gardens across Jarvis Street. This is a very special room that features a cozy foyer with a designer ceramic floor, and a solid oak antique pocket door that opens to a large king-bedded room under a cathedral ceiling. The beautiful bathroom, tiled light green from floor to ceiling, features an air-jetted two-person Jacuzzi bathtub (36" x 70") under a clear skylight, as well as his-and-hers Victorian sinks. The two beautiful mirrors are framed with light green tiles, and accented by a twin-candle crystal wall light. Room rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.
