Fine Rooms and Affordable Rates
Our room rates include daily full breakfast that is served between 9 am. to 10 am. in our dining room on the lower level. For breakfast, we serve ham and eggs, bacon and eggs, pancakes, french toast, bagels, croissants, muffins, and cereals. Complimentary coffee, juice, milk, and spring water are available all the time. Rooms and Rates:
Rooms: Based on rooms' location, sizes, amenities and over-all condition, we classify our rooms and rates into three categories: Bronze Stay, Silver Stay and Gold Stay. Rates: Rates for one person or two people range from $89 to $189 Canadian dollars in regular season or from $69 to $139 Canadian dollars in winter off-season. $25 per night extra for each additional adult, or $15 extra for a child under 15. A crib is $5. Children under age 3 who sleep with parents stay free. We offer off-season low rates from November to March, except Christmas, New Year, and other special occasions or major events. Room rates fluctuate in response to season, special occasions and major events without notice. Bronze Stay
This room located on the lower level is very bright with a large bay window. The floor is three steps lower than the street level. The room has a queen-sized bed, a three-piece private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), and a window unit air-conditioning.
This cozy room on the lower level (45% above ground) is next to the dining room, away from other rooms. It has two small windows with a window-unit air-conditioner, a three-piece bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), and twin beds that can be pushed together to make one large king bed, if required.
This room on the 2nd floor to the back is very quiet. The room has a queen-sized bed, a three-piece private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), and central air-conditioning.
This cozy room is perfect for one person, but can accommodate two. It has central air-conditioning, and twin beds that can be pushed together to make one large king bed, if required. The three-piece private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) is 5 feet away down the hall and secured with a lock for this room only. Silver Stay:
Room #3 is near the entrance on the main floor next to Room #4. This is our largest room. It has a queen-sized bed, and a futon sofa that can convert to a pullout double-sized bed. There is a three-piece private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), and a window unit air-conditioner.
Room #4 is one of our largest rooms located on the main floor between Room #3 and #5. It is has a queen-sized bed, a futon sofa, which can be a pullout double-sized bed, a three-piece private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), and a window-unit air-conditioner.
Room #5 is a unique room located at the back of the house. The door opens to a pretty pink bathroom through which guests walk to their bedroom. A french door opens into a well-decorated bedroom with a queen-sized bed. It is perfect for honeymooners who wish to enjoy a cozy, private and yet affordable honeymoon stay. It has window-unit air-conditioning.
Room #7 is a large room next to Room #8 on the second floor with two tall Victorian windows, and attractive crown mouldings on the high ceiling. It has a queen-sized bed, an ensuite three-piece private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), and central air-conditioning, as well as a small refrigerator.
Room #10 is on the third floor next to Room #11. It has twin beds that can be pushed together to make one large king bed. It has a three-piece bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), and central air-conditioning. Gold Stay:
Room #9, a private and quiet room on the third floor with its own corridor, has romantic wall lights, fine furniture, a high-four-poster queen-sized bed, luxurious bedding, and a full bathroom. The beautiful bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling, and is very bright with a tall window. The bathtub is an air-jetted one-person Jacuzzi bathtub with shower. This room has central air-conditioning.
Room #11 is the larger of the two honeymoon rooms on the third floor. It is a long room with a skylight, romantic wall lights, fine furniture, a king size bed and luxurious bedding. This room has central air-conditioning and a beautiful full bathroom. The bathtub is an air-jetted one-person Jacuzzi bathtub with shower. Notes: 3. All our rooms have cable color T.V. and a radio/alarm clock.
